Sketch-Break

At work today I proofread the language workbook for fourth graders. I also did this alongside.

the crisscross telephone lines from the window

pins and clips and such stuff

the stapler

the bangle

a dry flower and seed from the potpourri on my table

a mug of green tea

When I hand over the proof to the printer he will wonder what to do with these sketches. Should they be a part of Grade 4 book?

  1. Hi, looking at the sketches and paintings, was like travelling back in time, to the good old Hosur days. You have always motivated me. Browsing through your blog had the same effect as nearly 2 decades ago. Looking forward to restarting my sketching.

    • Hi Rajesh! Thank you so much! We leave large parts of ourselves in our work, they narrate events and stories after we have moved on in time…
